“For a long time Dayle had been keeping us current on the state of the market in Castor Bay and Milford with her regular reports so when it came time to put our home on the market she was an obvious choice as listing agent. And the decision to sign with her proved to be the right one. In putting together the sale paperwork, Dayle found that our Strata Title contained an out-of-date Flats Plan and began an exhaustive process to identify how this had happened in the 1990s and who had been involved. She worked tirelessly over a six-week period to trace the original surveyor, searching records of the current and two earlier North Shore councils, and liaised with our lawyer and surveyors to achieve a successful fix. I know this is some 6 weeks after the sale but with last month consumed with packing, cleaning and moving this is the first opportunity I have had to Email. I had initially approached Mike Pero in Browns Bay as I know Pehi Johnston and also Ann Emerson from Ray White as she had sold us the property some 16 years ago, this was prior to my ex-wife introducing me to Dayle who she had approached about finding a property for herself.
